Our Commitment to Quality

At Confectionery Canvas, we take immense pride in our artistic process. Because our products are perishable and often involve specialized, long-lead preparations (such as our 7-day cured cherries), we adhere to the following refund and cancellation standards.

Cancellation Tiers

We offer a tiered refund system based on how far in advance you notify us of a cancellation. All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to help@confectionerycanvas.com.

  • 7+ Days Before Pickup Cancellations made 7 days or more before your scheduled pickup date are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.
  • 3 to 6 Days Before Pickup Cancellations made within this window are eligible for 100% store credit. At this stage, specialized ingredients have been prepared and we have reserved a dedicated production slot for your order.
  • Less than 48 Hours Before Pickup Within 48 hours of pickup, all frostings, batters, and specialty components have been finalized. We cannot offer refunds or credits for last-minute cancellations.

Order Inspection & Acceptance

  • Inspection Please inspect your order thoroughly at the time of pickup. Once the product leaves our possession, it is considered “Accepted” as meeting your specifications for design, size, and flavor.
  • Handling Confectionery Canvas is not responsible for any damage occurring to the product after it has left our shop (e.g., during transport, improper storage, or heat exposure).
  • No Returns For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of food items.

Abandoned Orders

Orders not picked up within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be considered abandoned. No refunds or store credits will be issued for abandoned orders, as the product is perishable and cannot be resold.

Shipping Policy

Items eligible for shipping via third-party carriers, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier or due to weather conditions during transit. Damage claims due to packaging errors must be emailed to help@confectionerycanvas.com within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
